A little more being there.

01 / CAPTURE

Stay in the conversation.

Record meeting audio and use live Apple Speech transcription when available. Choose a meeting type to give your notes context.

02 / REFINE

Make the details right.

Play back your recording, edit the transcript, and review a local report draft built from transcript excerpts and keyword matching.

03 / KEEP & SHARE

Take the next step.

Keep meetings in your archive, edit your report, and share it as Markdown when you’re ready.

Your words. Your final say.

Notes you can shape,
not just save.

From stand-ups to interviews, Concluding gives each meeting a place. Turn a first draft into a useful record of what was discussed, what was decided, and what comes next.

Local drafts are a starting point. Review decisions, actions, owners, and dates before sharing.

A few things to know

Made for thoughtful meetings.

When can I get Concluding?

Concluding is in development for iPhone, targeting iOS 17 or later. An App Store download is not available yet.

Does it use AI to summarize my meetings?

The current app creates editable local drafts using transcript excerpts and keyword matching. It does not include an AI summarization service.

Where are my meetings stored?

The current app stores meeting recordings and notes in its local Documents directory, which may be included in device backups. Apple Speech may require a network connection depending on availability and language.

What should I know before recording?

Ask participants for agreement before recording. Recording stops when the app becomes inactive or an audio interruption occurs. Always review transcripts and drafts for accuracy before sharing.
